A bit about me

I’m Mike, a wedding photographer based in Kent.

I’ve been taking photographs since I was 17, so I’ve had a camera in my hands for more than half my life. What started as a hobby has somehow turned into a career I still genuinely love.

My style is bright, clean and a little editorial, with a luxury feel — but the experience is deliberately relaxed. I want your wedding to feel like your wedding, not a photoshoot. I’ll give you some direction when you need it, but most of the time I’m there as the mate with a camera, making sure you’re having a good time while I quietly get on with making great photographs.

Outside of weddings, i’m spending time with my family, I love to ski, am an avid F1 fan, or you may find me looking for my next vintage camera or lens. I’ve also got a bit of an obsession with film at the moment. There’s something about the character and mechanical ways of an old camera that digital just can’t quite replicate. I’m also investing time in learning about the art of cinematography, and I’d love to make a short movie one day.

I’m a dad to a little boy born in November 2025 which has been the most incredible and life changing moment of my life.

I take a lot of inspiration from photographers and filmmakers like Peter McKinnon, Jason Lanier and Mike from Northborders, but ultimately I’m just interested in making photographs that look damn good and still feel like you.
