My love for photography snuck up on me, to be honest. It started way back with my trusty (and admittedly terrible) point-and-click film camera on primary school trips. Fast forward to my teenage years, and things got serious(ish) with my first digital travel camera. A trip to Wales at 17 had me snapping rivers and nature, and voilà—I’d found my creative outlet. Turns out, I’m rubbish at drawing, but a camera? That’s where the magic happens.
These days, the tech is cooler, the shots are sharper, and the possibilities are endless. Whether I’m hiking, skiing in the Alps, or capturing my nephew’s football matches, my camera’s always along for the ride.
Since 2015, I’ve been living the dream as a full-time wedding photographer. I’ve photographed more weddings than I can count, and every one of them reminds me why I love what I do—telling stories through photos that make people smile, cry, and maybe laugh a little, too.
